Nous souhaitons coordonner la contestation des contraventions, intenter d’autres recours contre les abus du SPVM ainsi que placer des plaintes en déontologie policière.*

*Nous souhaitons planifier une rencontre avec toutes les personnes arrêtéEs afin d’organiser ensemble la contestation. Nous appuierons aussi le travail de l’avocate en charge des accuséEs au criminel. *

*Vous avez 30 jours après que vous avez reçu le ticket pour le faire, (voire l’endos du ticket). Cochez la case non-coupable et n’inscrivez rien au plaidoyer (c’est de l’information facultative qui ne servira pas votre cause). *

*Avisez la Cour Municipale de tout changement d’adresse. Communiquez avec le COBP de tout changement de vos coordonnés.*

*L’offensive policière qui a été menée contre la journée internationale contre la brutalité policière constitue une grave menace à la liberté d’expression et au droit de manifester et il est impératif de se battre pour que cette intervention ne crée pas un dangereux précédent. Or, le COBP ne peut parvenir à mener une lutte efficace sans la participation active des arrêtéEs et des témoins de l’événement. Si vous souhaitez vous impliquer dans la défense, contactez nous.

We are hoping to organize a contestation of the tickets, to launch other recourses against the abuses of the Montreal police and to file a complaint at the police ethics commission.***

*The police assault that took place at the international day against police brutality is a serious threat to the freedom of speech and the right to protest. It is necessary to fight this intervention so that it doesn’t create a dangerous norm.
