COBP

Citizens Opposed to Police Brutality is a radical grassroots Montreal organization devoted to exposing and opposinig police repression. COBP has published a good little booklet entitled Neighbourhood Policing: Carressing the Community with an Iron Fist. It is available in both French and English in PDF format.
